From the start to the end of your delivery, travel time isn't included in your 3 1/2 hours.

Your hours should be up until you have got back to the office, handed in your NA got back to your frame and sorted out anything there. Once you are leaving your frame to walk towards the door I would say your paid time ends then?

Under the WF delivery times of 3.5 hours it was from 1st letter to last letter - consequently depending on how far away you start/finish depends on your total on site time. Some of our deliveries are 25 minutes away by car. Therefore their time would be almost 4 and a half hours - this is partly covered because these guys work 10 hour days.
