Have you tried your pay number as your login and your national insurance no as your password?

You're trying to log in to the wrong page. Try here: https://performancemanager.successfacto ... Method=PWD" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Username is your pay number, and password is your NI number with the last letter in lowercase. :Very Happy

This doesn't work for some people. What happens for the unfortunate ones (I'm one too) is that when they correctly enter their employee number for the Username and NI number for the password they do not get logged on, but are instead taken to another login screen at the following address:

https://royalmail.onelogin.com/login" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Once on this page they can proceed no further. I've just fired off an email to HR about this and will report back if/when I get a response.

I've discovered a way around it.

Say you've forgotten your password

Put in your payroll number. It will then email you a link to an email address you should have provided previously (I'd been able to access on my tablet)

Reset password

Log in via http://www.royalmailgroup.com/myjobs" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; using payroll number and new password.

Please note, this worked after I'd been able to log in using my tablet device using payroll number and NI number as password, but couldn't then log in using a laptop.

I eventually got a message box up telling me who to contact if I was having difficulties, but I didn't keep the details I'm afraid. Quite possibly this was the most frustrating website I'd used in a while

I'm guessing your payroll number and NI number will work from a Royal Mail PC, but won't give you access from home.

That appears to be the case. As I said though, I managed to log in using my tablet, gave an email address and then reset as above.

Since the majority of staff do not have access to Royal Mail computers on site, if it's set up to only work at work, it's hardly a fair system.

Both tablet and laptop are my own, used at home and never on the Royal Mail intranet. The web link posted in the title is the site that can only be accessed via a work linked computer - but it is also the only way I found to be able to submit a reset request. You then need to log into the other site to gain access if you aren't on a work computer.

I followed the instructions below on my Windows 8 laptop with no joy but had success on my iPad.
