Fighting back agains the screws

Post by JAMESMARSH1980 »

Just thought I'd let you all know I'm back, as some of you may be aware I've not been in the job long (5 months) and I've had really difficult time in the past few weeks, I've been screwed off a screw and at the time was in such a state ending up just holding my hands up and resigning, thanks to all the good people on here I am fighting my corner and fighting it all the way, a special thankyou to my good frien tommo and to all the other people on here that have supported me through thios hard time I am going through. Without you guys and gals I would have been a crumpled wreck. Even if my case is not succesfull I will be a regular on this site and wish you all the best in your fight against the scum that are trying to ruin RM. I'm now in the process of getting my job back and if needed taking the gaffer who did it through the courts if needed. Thanks again everybody, your a credit to RM.

Grind me down

Post by JAMESMARSH1980 »

This geezer wont grind me down, I have been so humbled by the support that I have recieved, I've gone through all the channels and have got the support of 3 union reps in my area who have been a breath of fresh air to me. I also have the support of a local paper who advised me not to make the subject public but to let a friend tell the story and it will make for interesting reading. I'm not sure of the rules about publishing this when or if it goes to press but if adim or a mod would expalin this to me then thankyou, If anything it will show just what RM thinks of the workers.

It might be worth arranging to see your MP as well. Someone I knew got sacked from his job, and his union rep wouldn't take his case up. He contacted his MP who saw the manager at his workplace, and got him reinstated. Depends on what your MP is like though.
Good luck - hope it all works out for you.
