Post by shaunyr »

can someone please tell me if new start times are part of this new agreement if so why are they being allowed to come in without any objection from some local union reps .our start times have moved 1 hour totally f***ing up the whole day with out a single thought for us .our office.apart from a few s**t eating strike breakers has been 100% behind this fight yet we are still treated like this .i thought this was part of the (flexibility)or have we been stitched up ?

The later starts were brought in by "Executive action" and the CWU HQ advised that in order to avoid a further loss of pay that members should attend as directed - in other words like Chamberlain to Hitlers aggression - appeasement, appeasement, appeasement - of course we stll ended up going to war and we should cut the crap now and go all out .

its time the union got a proper thing going that everyone should do only our contracted hours, its no good just a few doing it in offices, although there are plenty strike breakers who would work 24 hours just to please mr crozier and mr leighton
