First question this morning was?

Out of 18 people who asked me about the agreement, 10 said "how much do we get at Xmas?", 6 said "how much is back pay and when do we get it?"', 1 asked both questions and the other said "I'm happy with the 5 years". About sums up the shortsightedness of today's posties. And we wonder why we have problems in deliveries.

And did you say, "No I always look like this". Its unfortunate we cant give the extra £200 to just union members who despite the constant moaning from a lot of them still pay their weekly subs.

If it all goes pear-shaped they'll be whining and whinging like mad.
Still.... the kids have now, potentially, got their X-Box, PS4 or whatever other "hi-tech gadget" they were getting in a strop over for Chrimbo.
I wonder if they're also wishing they could sell their shares to get the money from them right now.

Maybe they aren't being bullied or harassed, maybe they have very few issues with the job and just want to earn as much as they can?

All people were really bothered about in my office were T&C's and money, it's all I'm really bothered about as I don't have any major issues with the job.

certainly in my office all they worry about is the money.....its a small unit and we get away fairly nicely
sadly i feel across the membership money is the defining issue...its what we go to work for is all i hear most days...
it truly makes me question my role as a rep.....this might be the last straw
