new strike days same people off

Having looked at the hours of the next action we as a delivery office within a mailcenter are going to be off next Tuesday, this falls on a day off for the same guys who have missed this latest action thus not effecting their pay packets once again this is not the first time this has happened. Its all well and good for people to say stay strong but with f**k all money coming in (my wife works for RM) its not always possible. It appears to me that the same people are getting paid for strike days via their rest day on a regular basis, and i know it has created a lot of bad feeling. enough in some cases to cross a picket line!! These issues need to be sorted and quick or we are going to lose people real quick. :lfo :cfo

taking the piss some in our office will lose 5 days pay others only 2 this is going to start trouble between ourselves.The way forward is to get all those twats still using their cars to use the vans if the whole country did it it would be mayhem in days
