As I understand it the 48hrWTD was an optional opt out - to work more than 48 hours/week over 6 months averaged out.
What if we all opted back? In addition, could we opt in over a 3 month period? Would this not stuff the banked hours proposal?
I was talking to my Brother In Law about this last night.
Myself and my wife never opted out, BTW. The less time we spend at the office, the better for us, and our family, which come FIRST!!!!!

I think it was a voluntary OPT IN as that if you were happy to work more than 48hrs then you signed.
If you did not sign then it should be taken that you could not work more than an average 48 hrs. As I never signed the form anyway they already can't make me work over 48hrs.
