If and when we get an agreement it needs to be quite wide in context and cover a lot of current grievances.
1) Rather then uncouple pensions use our postion of strength to get what we want
3) Save mail centres under threat such as Gloucester etc...or you may be next
4) restore d2d payments for postman
5) restore local custom and practice in situ before unofficial industrial action
6) reninstate and cease disipline of all union reps
7) No reduction in o/t by covering s/l a/l..this is just way forward 2

You may want to add some more
£400k/week
no two tier pension deals that will see new starters as a second class workforce - that would just weaken the union since they will eventually be 40% or more of the workforce
no more job cuts, reduce hours with no loss of pay as automation kicks in next year
