Why is it that the DOM always has saturdays OFF. The only time he actually came in to work he was wearing his full stone island gear like he just walked off the terraces and rumour has it he left after we all went out so that he could watch the footie. He also brags about us having to pound the streets whilst hes out in the sun downing pints down the local weathespoons. This is just about pissing me off anyone else have a similar scenario in your DO?

Run over the twats foot with a full York, that'll teach him not to wear sensible clothes at work. I'd quite happily never see ours on a mon to sat let alone just a Saturday.

Our Dom is ok but like most is out the door on a sat as soon as the last postie leaves for his /her delivery, this is normally around 9am.

It does grind a bit when we are told that we must work all our paid hours. :hmmmm

Ours comes in on a Saturday about twice a month and when he does its like Usain Bolt through the doors at 10 oclock :wave

How does that work then? Do they work 9 hours + over the other 4 days to get a flyer on a Saturday? I doubt it.

No of course not they work about 8 hrs a day for 4 days which include a couple of very long breaks. Sat is out the door asap. Worse was weh they were going home just after 8am around xmas. :shock:

Aren't they still on 41 hours a week as well? Pay them for the hours they worked they would be lucky to get 10 hours a week.

IIRC DOMs and Managers above a certain level are salaried rather than paid by hours.

They might have a life outside Crammie, but they are paid a f,cking lot of dosh for responsibilities at work including the health and safety of their workers.

On a Saturday, there are less reports to prepare and only a basic Conference Call, there is therefore less work for an Acting/Deputy/Cover Manager to do in their absence.
