Title says it all really reason i ask is because in this news report http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7027142.stm it says no deliveries till thursday, or have the BBC got it all wrong again.

I was wondering exactly the same, with the same reasoning. I think we are back on Wednesday, but because the strike incorporates part of Wednesday the media thinks we wont be delivering that day too.

You will never catch the BBC letting facts get in the way of a good dig at the posties. They are the most thick, illiterate forms of journalism in this country.

I THINK THAT IS A MSG TO JOE PUBLIC, ANYTHING THEY POST WILL BE COLLECTED ON WEDNESDAY AND IF FIRST CLASS WILL BE DELIVERED ON THURSDAY. I'M SURE THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF M3 AND DOWNSTREAM ACCESS CHEAPO TOILET PAPER FOR US TO CONSIDER ON WEDNESDAY.
