Flexi-time

Post by Wild Rover »

Just wondering what exactly flexi time is and such laws that we can manipulate to f**k up RM.

10.00am (anyone not using half/full flexi days) must be in work at or before that time. The only time when you can go outside core times is for genuine appointments. Genuine appointments include e.g.
Doctor
Hospital
Dentist
Asked to attend jury service
Job Centre/Job interview
Study leave/to sit an exam
Other valid reason to be out of work e.g. sessions/outings with support worker.
So, through flexi time you can make appointments for dentists/doctors at any time of the day and not generally when your shift is over (which i'm sure many of us do/did). That's a good way of f***ing them a bit. Make an appointment at ANY TIME. Watch the screws sweat as your round isn't taken out in normal fashion.

All employees shall agree their standard working arrangement with their line manager
We've not been given the chance to agree...it's just f***ing do it because "we say so, and you haven't a leg to stand on because we can change your contract details"... Typed on pre-printed paper, signed on behalf of the dom, who hasn't the balls to acknowledge individual circumstances.
