i,ve had 33 years dealing with these lazy,arrogant,brown nosed,pick our brains cnuts yes cnuts.They,d be no good in a pancake race;they,re a bunch of useless tossers.Do the "job properly".come to work chilled ;at your start time;do your inward sorting;if you have to go back on the sorting do it;if you are late going out after having your meal break so be it;TELL THE LINE MANAGER YOU ARE NOT WORKING OVER YOUR TIME:YOU DONT NEED A REASON:JUST TELL THEM.DO IT IN FRONT OF A WITNESS.CUCKING FRIEST ALMIGHTY:JUST DO IT.

100% agree, no more stress, let the managers deal with it. Only last saturday I was speaking to a DOM from Brighton, he was all for dropping the "them and us" attitude and taking action together, he said enough was enough and we could'nt let the gruesome twosome get away with it anymore. He agreed with you MJ1, we do what is asked of us but, and always with witnesses, tell the DOM you won't work over your time and let the management clear up afterwards.

Until Leighton and Crozier get hit in their own pockets, or Gordon Brown gets off his arse and sorts it out, nothing will change, don't get stressed, pass it on to the DOM.

Brighton DOM is safe enough, he told me specifically where he worked and I won't repeat it. There's plenty of offices down there he can hide in and I can't remember his name!! Besides, is'nt it time us and the lowlevel managers did stick together, it's all our future at threat, their pensions are on the line too and was'nt it you that posted my enemies enemies are my friend.....for now.

I'll bet he crosses the picket line on Friday though. 'Them and Us' it has been in all my time in Royal Mail, and that's the way it will stay.

I think we should do whatever it takes to win this fight, if that means siding with the DOM temporarily then ok. If we win then it just goes back to the status quo of before.
