I held a gate meeting this morning. Told the members to work out how much they would lose in D2D payments, lost S/A's with the banked hours, no allowance protection with the new MTSF and lower pensions. I worked mine out to a 50+grand loss if i have to work til i'm 65.
Told them which is worth losing, 200 quid or a few grand.
