POUCHING OFF

COULD SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW YOU POUCH OFF? HOW MUCH MAIL? RECORDEDS? PACKETS? HOW DO YOU INFORM OFFICE YOU ARE DOING IT, IS IT OFFICIALLY ALLOWED, ETC, WHERE DO YOU PUT POUCHED OFF ITEMS?

Recordeds and specials should go back to your DO or to a Post office and you get a reciept for them... As for Timelocks and Cut offs you sign them up and post them in a pouch or if to many just sign off and send in post as normal post... But you have to tell your screw before you go out and sort it with them... Or if you find you cant finish u phone and tell the screw why and make sure its 20 mins before your finishing time... Time to travel back to DO if instructed...

pillsbury its when you finish round and take anything not delivered[ie] 739 items at your local post office for collection later.

Jesus! Imagine no kenning how to pouch off! What do they teach ye?!?!?! I am a WPC, and thats the 1st thing I tell a newbie! Cannie have them bringing in the top flats with them in the mornin!

they dont have pouching off in every office when i workrd in london NW10 and NW! we always pouched off but not in watford most have never heard of it its a local custom so do some dont
