To work in a co-operative delivery office with NO managers....
Everyone taking his or her share of the work and responsibility...
Doing what needed to be done, and earning your fair share of the pay for the time and effort you put in...
Would you?

I don't think it would work on its own. However, as part of a collectivised delivery service in partnership with customers, I'd be willing to give it a go. I doubt we could do a worse job than the present set up.

if duties were split evenly then I think everyone would be a lot happier. Theres too many duties in my office that are either too easy or too hard. About 20% too easy, 20% too hard the rest are about right.
