strikes past and present

Post by doorstep it »

This is the 1st strikes i have been involved with at the Royal Mail. How does this compare to other strikes in the past?
Seems to me that the management are inept vicious A-holes, were they the same in the past???

This is probably the most important dispute we've ever had. Royal Mail through Leighton & Crozier, not only want to attack our pay, our terms and
conditions of work, our jobs, they want to make sure they reach out into the future and attack us when we've grown old and have retired, by savaging
our pensions. :mad

As to your other question, have managers always been largely arseholes, the simple, shortest answer is YES! :Very Happy
