Heard its a nightmare down there, huge numbers of casuals in the place and theft rates quite high apparently. When Moya Greene came down to officially open the place, three huge lorrys full of mail were sent around the M25 so the place looked like it was working Was talking to a driver a few weeks ago and he said if we get a bad winter the lorrys won't be able to get out of there if the roads are icy. Anyone who's been down there will know how steep the slope is that leads down that way. We regulary get our second lot of sequenced mail quite late, Xmas should be fun

Some offices have had a revision. Some have not. I can't wait to see how it all pans out
