october 7th

Post by meweavy »

thats when the later starts will be happening,in our office anyway..

it seems that our management have steamrolled this in regardless of our contracts drawn up by them aint worth the paper that royal mail have wiped thier arse with..

conveniant that our dom told us today knowing full well our only rep was on his holidays...

surely this is against the law for them to go around youre contract and make you come in at a later start..

and where the f**k is the union in all this, why arent they doing something anything to stop this from coming in..wheres the ballot, wheres the voice....wheres the f***ing union..

The union top brass appear to be shi*ing on the harding work reps and the rank and file members that fund their lifestyle, which is probably a lot more comfortable than your average postie.

FFS when will the CWU communicate with us?

its wrong that the union hasnt said anything to its members, regarding the talks, the late starts and if thee is going to be another strike...

if we lose this strike or if we get shafted by the union agreeing some pussy deal, then thats it for me..id rather spend my union money on a pint, then see it go into thier pockets...where is the communication...seems ironic that cwu stands for communication workers union...shouldnt it be swu..silent workers union..

Not unless your local reps have agreed it. The CWU may have agreed in principle as part of the negotiating process but as a full agreement was not reached all concessions during the talks are now null and void.

our dom told us that they can no longer wait for the union and are going ahead with the late starts regardless.

howvever our rep told us to come in normal time 5.00 as there is nothing they can do until they rewrite all our contracts,..
