Can anyone tell me how important is this duty builder is in the revision, heard a lot about it but what do'es it mean :confused

Its very important as breaks down your daily tasks,ie Prep,IPS,TIe down,Wefare facilites etc if you don't get the right allocated time for each task this can reduce your overall duties .You must make sure you question geo Route and IWT very robustly as its populated by managers with savings in mind and its all linked.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
