Unofficial action RM response needs addressing

Post by stephen500 »

After we went out at chester MC as soon as we returned they, the management, introduced a draconian return to work statement.
This basically did away with a lot of local agreements such as 'job and jack' and introduced other bad elements.
No free docket while casuals there.
SAs not covered converted to duties/ot
withdrawal of release time for cwu.
No 'smoke break' etc.
Are the national union going to address this when and if they come to a national agreement.
We have been told that this 'return to work statement' came direct from RM hq so others who took un-official action must be in the same boat.
