as an ex hgv driver of ten years my lorry was governed to 56mph by law mail was trialled to go by road on artics governed at 56mph and worked why now is the speed of vehicles being blamed for late arrival of mail and the need for later start times in the morning when all that happens is the problem gets shifted to later in the day?
