mail centres in or out ?

Here in macclesfield we had a busy day( 26th july). this being because someone at H.Q has dropped a bollock. mail centres drivers in the sk area being told to report for duty, something to do with the wording on the strike notice. and royal mail lawyer. (been told a few mail centres had the same problems) has anybody got any more info ? is this national and will it be sorted for next weeks strikes

Preston mail centre total 900 processing and distribution staff. Strike from 1900 25th july to 1900 26th July. 20 scabbed meaning 98% solid support
once again. Good turn out for picket line. A wet picket line once again!!

There was a slight clanger over wording about units within units on strike.

Bristol Distribution staff and drivers worked as normal. Hats off to them as they offered to put their nights money into strike fund pot. CWU HQ re-worded letter, re-submitted (allowing for 7 days notice to RM) and all will be out next week. Dist and Dvr`s expected to have an additional day off probably the week after next?

same in hull we in the mail centre out on tuesday now its all sorted but what a busy day for delivery today

solid at my place to. just 2 working. spoilt today though as usual . everyone sorting as though their lives depended on it . very heavy day as a consequence. when will people learn ?
