We got a new area manager last April/May. He starts bullyin his managers to get more out of them/us under the efficiency bollox. My weasel can't give him any more so he replaces a retirement with two bag carriers. I go to stage two with my Area Rep, they don't agree. We go to stage three with the Div Rep. They don't agree so we go on strike three times over Xmas. At the recovery plan meeting we are told by the weasel it's about unexpected vacancies, pardon me! but hows a retirement an unexpected vacancy. It's going National with a load of other stuff so don't be surprised to get balloted soon. PS special mention to Burslem DO. They are all on the vans to support a collegue who got suspended ( A stitch-up )
ANNOUNCEMENT : ALL OF ROYAL MAIL'S EMPLOYMENT POLICIES (AGREEMENTS) AT A GLANCE (Updated 2021)... HERE
ANNOUNCEMENT : PLEASE BE AWARE WE ARE NOT ON FACEBOOK AT ALL!
