Pay: lump sums likely to exceed £2,500 paid as:
o £400 for each full time employee (and pro-rata) on ratification of the agreement
o £1,000 per full time employee (and pro-rata) linked to delivery of planned changes in each workplace.
o Payments of bonus payments at their value in 2011 and 2012 - these should increase in value as transformation improves the position of the business.
Is this not our colleague share money and has nothing to do with this deal?

Pay: lump sums likely to exceed £2,500?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Yes I seem to remember the 2007 Bung was from ESOS closing. They do seem to have form for promoting pay deal bungs as extra money when in fact its usually money we were going to get anyway.robd wrote:Doesn't sound right, from memory i think the ESOS(Employee share of savings)pot was exhausted before the P&MPOSTMAN wrote:Carry on.....mclovin wrote:Some of it is the remainder of the ESOS money.

I think the ESOS money was given up so that there would be no claw back of hours at xmas, but I'm not 100% so stand to be corrected
