Do part-timers get a reduction as well or are our hours to remain as before?

Re: THE DEAL FOR DELIVERIES?
This bit
3 hour 30 minute delivery spans to finish with delivery spans being agreed locally
is a major clanger as strong offices will keep decent delivery spans while weaker offices will be forced to accept longer spans.Have the CWU learnt nothing from 2007 as local agreement is what local management can get away with.

Driving allowance?
Which one, the £6 or the one for driving MGV s?
Didn't see anything about driving in there, but I have only skimmed it.

Re: THE DEAL FOR DELIVERIES?
Part timers will work the same number of hours per week but at a higher rate of pay (1/40th higher in fact based on FT getting same 40hr money for 39hr week)IPS wrote:What do you think huh?memo232 wrote:cantbelieveit's... wrote:

Re: THE DEAL FOR DELIVERIES?
Can somebody please tell me what our current basic pay (national not london) is before deductions and not including supplements. I haven't a payslip at hand and I think its around £347.

I don't think driving allowance is involved with the delivery supplement ...only early shift allowance ....

Re: THE DEAL FOR DELIVERIES?
Isnt the shorter working week split over 2 years? 30 mins each year or 5 mins a day (well worth it eh?)
