NO AGREEMENT UNTIL PENSIONS IS RESOLVED IS UNIONS POSITION.

LTB coming out today at 12,I have no more details.

EDIT:UPDATE:

LTB is being edited and will be sent out soon 'today' with a copy of the 'final' agreement.
Pensions meeting this week.

Interim agreement needs to be sorted as it is not being adhered to,we will not vote on it until all the above is done!
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Even if the pension is resolved , we still won't have an agreement - You'll never get posties to agree to a cut in pay + an increase in workload :evil/mad

IF the pension issue was resolved Royal Mail's financial position would be completely different therefore this agreement would be worthless anyway. :crazy:

Pensions should have been resolved years ago instead of being brushed under the carpet. Still can not believe we let them close the final salary pension, and replace it with one that is crap, without a fight.
