Will Royal Mail teach me to drive?

Now the shared vans thing is coming as part of the new agreement and RM need more drivers (50+ more in my office), will they be offering driving lessons?

Im sure this used to be the case.

There is nothing specific in the leaked document, but reading between the lines, I think its more likely they will move anyone who can't drive, or refuses to if they can, and there are no more "non driver" positions, sideways to another Unit or Function.
