this agreement is make or break for me ..

improvement then i join. (not including carrots) and as far as im concered its an insult to carrot us for increase in d2d. and then losing out on £1000 a year thereafter.

worsened then i dont.

simplez

who would want to join if all they do is make things worse and dont have the skills to make our jobs better?

like ive said before - my jobs allready extreme and maxed out . cant get anyworse.

or will it

we shall see.... well you will first .. then me

I can't see many people agreeing to work til 3pm Saturday, clearly our union is also out of touch. In fact didn't they want shorter saturday, weak leadership if they have caved in. Hayes and Co must go!!!!!, if this is true.

i just hope el carteo that if you dont agree with the deal the union has made for us then i hope you dont accept the lump sum included in that deal or you have no right to complain about the union ever again. Obviously there is going to be some things in our favour and some things agaisnt us, by the looks of it we have the final vote on weather we agree or not.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
