40 mins off the working week
(POSTMAN- we need a roflao or pmsl smiley) bet we still have to do the same amount of work even though we get 8 mins less a day to do it in.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet

Those runners will finish 40mins earlier than me (meal taker) so managers will be asking 'Why are you 40mins later than runner ?' I totally dont agree on not having a meal relief....H&S what do they think ?

As a part time worker areduction of 40 mins a day (4X8HRS)32 hours, my week will reduce to 29h 20m. as one of many employees of royal mail who receive working famlies tax credits we will lose the 30 houre bonus, about £800 per year.i hope the union look into this as it will mean another drop in income for many. any feedback from union reps would help

Re: National Atgreement
is it only 30 minutes a day for part time, if its taking the 40 minute meal relief for full timers, so it 30 for part time, could be wrong, postnottm wrote:As a part time worker areduction of 40 mins a day (4X8HRS)32 hours, my week will reduce to 29h 20m. as one of many employees of royal mail who receive working famlies tax credits we will lose the 30 houre bonus, about £800 per year.i hope the union look into this as it will mean another drop in income for many. any feedback from union reps would help
