It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Anyone seen this.
But you can bet these posties have other priorities. They were seen on an unscheduled break to visit a betting shop yesterday.
The men took a 15-minute breather and left their trolleys on the pavement in Earl's Court, west London.
How does the journalist know it was an 'unscheduled' break? The posties had probably been working 5 or 6 hours without one.

These new high capacity trolleys are just like buses - you don't see one for ages then three turn up all at once.
