If we are all in a failing company.......WHY ARE THE TOP MANAGEMENT GIVING THEMSELF'S A GREAT BIG BONUS's ???

Why did the managers union anounce that RM managers are to get Â£1500 to Â£2000 BONUS this year ?

Surely THE BUCK STOPS WITH AL & ADAM........

If we have failed as a company.....Its under their leadership that we have gone from Â£600M profit to Â£???M profit.....(we dont know the true figure, as RM have delayed the anouncement of the figures...Hmmmm ! )

If they have under-estemated the competition.....WHY is it US that should lose our jobs ?

Like most dictators....They will willingy sacafice OTHERS to save them-selfs.....

were we ever a failing company? i wonder.
from millions profit to near collapse then profit again due to the great leighton, saviour of RM-- yeah right!
now losing contracts left right and centre----- hang on how are we loosing so many in such a short time?
call me a sceptic but i predict dirty upper managent going ons.

juggle the numbers for long enough and they will say what you want them to say,i heard our accounts dept are working for gorden ramsey next year since they have spent so long cooking the books
