MIght be because your letters are all variations on the theme of "You give incompetance a bad name." All letters are judged not on whether they are justified or factually correct, but on whether they either (1) massage the corporate ego, or (2) can be spun as "we listen to our staff" ( refer back to point (1) )
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?

Perhaps your letters were too honest for reproduction in either?

When i worked on producing a local free newspaper it was usually left to the editor to write the letters page if there were insufficient public letters for inclusion! He would just sign off with the initials ... F.O. and a town within its catchment area.

Just retrieved my copy from the bag used for re-cycling rubbish, I always chuck it straight in.
And I was right, I shouldn't have bothered. The usual shite on every page, and did everyone see their report on the managers from other regions who hot-legged it down to the smoke for a spot of scabbing? Allegedly, hundreds of the scabby scumbags were down here to undermine our fight. Sounds like too many chiefs in RM, of the kind who can go gallivanting down to London and are obviously not missed wherever it is they come from, and whatever it is they do. :whistle

He'd fit in with the rest of them then.
The ones working in Mount Pleasant (300 apparently) last strike were
put up overnight at the Holiday Inn Hotel next door - double rooms there
are from £145-£175 per night for b&b. Still they got free meals in the staff
restaurant.

Gotta love that headline 'talking is better than striking' from the people who are openly rail-roading through unagreed changes and won't sit down to discuss it. Lying barstewards! :lfo :cfo

Smoker Jims made a good point. I was thinking of writing several letters, one honest the other a real arse licking "RM is my life...". just to see which would get in. In the end I couldn't be arsed, I know they lie, they know they lie so what's the point?

Dirty Harry I salute you :dance Why don't you REFUSE it? I normaly take it into work stick a red sticker on it and RTS as REFUSED! Been doing it a while they're still not taking the hint. Have you played that game of, "No I'm not going to look at it I know it's going to wind me up"? Then you crack have a quick look and, "Bastard! They've wound me up now" :arrrghhh

Company propaganda that's all ;liar Who are these ARSEHOLES who keep writing in saying, "I think RM are doing a wonderful job, I think we should all work longer for less money and I would willing do it for nothing!!"? :hmmmm

Cheers :wave

Maybe it was in a black wrapper because they know the future is looking black for RM because of all the strikes and now hopefully the national ballot... :nana :nana

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
