D2D in frame!!
Sitting in on WTLL our DOM pulled the volume of mail figures out of his arse again and gave us the usual speel about mail being down so he wants us to split up a duty on MON and TUE cos we are lighter he says one of the boys argued that was rubbish and shot him down by counting the D2D left in his frame, things are getting worse!! but i hope lessons will be learned. once bittin twice as shy!!

Unless your duty has a 100% call rate then you are always going to miss houses
anyway, you should be taking out 20% per day for D2Ds and that way there's nothing left in your frame.

Re: D2D in frame!!
Simple solution is to pull them out and just leave them on top of the frame (it can be so easy to miss mail if you've D2Ds in the frame).itllnottouchyou wrote:in our office some of the duties the D2D are put in the frame by the DOM!! they do wot they want!!!disgruntledpostie1 wrote:Unless your duty has a 100% call rate then you are always going to miss housesanyway, you should be taking out 20% per day for D2Ds and that way there's nothing left in your frame.

Yes it would be in line with royalmails clear frame policy no d2d left in the frame!.disgruntledpostie1 wrote:Simple solution is to pull them out and just leave them on top of the frame (it can be so easy to miss mail if you've D2Ds in the frame).itllnottouchyou wrote:in our office some of the duties the D2D are put in the frame by the DOM!! they do wot they want!!!disgruntledpostie1 wrote:Unless your duty has a 100% call rate then you are always going to miss housesanyway, you should be taking out 20% per day for D2Ds and that way there's nothing left in your frame.

Re: D2D in frame!!
I always put my D2D in my frame and always take them out even if no post so its easy to see if mail is left in (clear frame)
