subject access request, data protection act

could anyone give me any advice on how to make a formal request to Royal Mail for a 'subject access request' particularly to whom/what dept, etc it should be made to? Any help gratefully received

Try this address .I was given it by Personnel ,as I have been trying to get access to information.It's part of Royal Mail.
