i know that its not relevent to royal mail, any chance of an opinion??

is the new deal programme moral. yes or no?

is it acceptable that someone is doing exactly the same work as another in the same place be paid £1.76 an hour for doing the same work as the full timer who is there full at £6 an hour (or whatever the wage is)..both doing 40 hour week..
and here comes avi cohen! oh i say! at the same end, he's got one back!!

Don't worry ,as unemployment climbs to 5million they'll sack all the full timers and everybody will be on the raw deal wages :shock:
