anybody else agree that we have got to make a noise against local interpretations of this agreement,foookn scarey how different local managers look at the agreement.....end of the matter is.....it shouldn't affect your own deliv and we should have at least a minimum of 24hr's notice

what do you mean all they can do with phase 3 is make you work your contracted hours

in my office they try and get you to stream your own walk in order to take out phase 3 mate..you couldn't make it up
