I believe they are doing something with the stamps that the collectors can,t have not sure what it is is there anyone out there that can add to this

"Security features for definitive stamps. Changes are being made to 1st and 2nd class standard and large stamps. Future printings will feature four small semi-circular slits within the stamp which prevents the removal of stamps from envelopes"
