I had one done today. The boss checked mine but didn't bother with the little idle bastard on the next frame who deliberately goes slow because he knows that everyone else does the sorting.

When are the Union going to do something about the way these cuts are being implemented, if they dont fight it soon there will be no FT jobs left.

Isn't that pointless,WBM'S are a year or so away, and how long does it take to walk round a frame and put your missort in.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

look if you run a business and you could possibly have 40,000 redundancies whats the best way to avoid it.by p*ssing off the workforce so they leave voluntarily.also by constantly attacking terms and conditions ,excessive workloads ,targetting the unfortunate people who are off sick it will save them alot of money.

It must be close on three years since we had the letters because I got buy down 3 years ago this May - I asked for VR but didn't get it - I still keep asking. The ruling then was you could go back to full time after two years - that was a joke of course because how many full time vacancies have there been in the last two years.
