The half day is because of the Maundy Thursday half 'priviledge' day we used to get.
It is usually carried over so you get a full day every other year, but you can take it
as a half day if you want to.

Is that correct? If it is I'm almost up to the 15 year bracket, in 2 stints.celerycelery wrote:and dont forget if you have left the business and joined up again the total of both of these length's of service counts towards holiday entitlement.

I just found mine earlier this week. I thought I'd chucked it out. Is it worth anything, in novelty value alone, I'm guessing.NWpostie wrote:I got mine, Its said "Consignia" the shortest lived company name ever , Certificate and brouch, I 'm going to keep it for Ebay in the future, Collectors would snap that up.POSTMAN wrote:So,wtf happened with 10yrs then!
