Jock, find a tv that you want, then go to John Lewis and tell them to price match the tv you have found, which they will do and they will throw in a 5 year parts & labour guarantee!!

next time mate or anyone else looking for a bargain try hot uk deals, fantastic tells you every bargain going from a packet of biscuit's to a 42" telly, or any hotel breaks etc,

Sorry everyone I need to rant We've had a shite week
Monday our old friendly telly went to the big test card in the sky,
spent tuesday trawling the net trying to
find a replacement I narrowed the choices down,
wednesday went to curry's & comet to try barter managed to get the Curry's bloke to
drop his price on our chosen tv by £30 still not enough bud sorry looks like a play.com job.
As we were leaving the car park this twit reversed into our wee car taking paint off the wing ,ma missus really did have to hold me back
for feck sake our car is just under a yr old & only got 7k on the clock
so I've now got to get all these estimates done (more time) because of that cvnt driver still his insurrance is payin .
Thursday ordered the tv from play its 60 quid cheaper than curry's its a good deal but I'm still payin £330 for it,great I thought
how wrong got an email from play saying the tv was out of stock feck sake & they are not gettin more in until feb
feck we will have to watch the wee portable.
The only saving grace was on friday went to the docs fully expecting to be signed off & fit enough to go back to work
whooppeeeeeeeeeeeeee he gave me another line for a further 3 wks gawd save the doc

It all depends on what TV you want, Tesco do some cheap ones or you could always ask about ex display models in any of the stores.
