Usually between 11 and 12 but that's because we have later starts so I get more than enough sleep (5/6 hours) although whenever my insomnia kicks in it could be as little as 1/2 hours sleep  (and trust me, after 2/3 months of severe insomnia you'll go a bit     ).

Up at 5.15, in an hour later, hours kip before kids get home, in bed by 11.30. Trouble is though, sometimes you get to that stage where you think you need all the sleep in the world, but a few weeks later, your only getting 3/4 hours. Does anybody else find it difficult sometimes?

When I used to start at 5:30am I used to get up at 4:30am and I was asleep before 7pm lol

Now I work mainly afternoons so I can go to bed whenever I like :-)

Don't go blaming the insomnia - just keep taking the medication :wave

I go to bed at 10 ish and read until my eyes start to go and then get up at 0400, however I do go to bed in the afternoon from about 1.30 to 3.30 - the wife calls me Rip van Wrinkle.

For me it is not "what time do you go to bed " but more like what time or where do you go to sleep.

Usually on the chair/sofa, middle of conversation,at parties/cinema/theatre/pub.

Usually find that warmth times alcohol is equal to horizontal plus dribble.
