We've been told that the Lisburn Pegasus revision was a complete success and that it's just wonderful, I would like to know if it's true or are the management just BS again.

Re: Anyone in from Lisburn DO
it has not been a sucess. there was duties removed 48,56,21, and new duty created 18. objective to cut hours acheived.
lots of duties now far to big and well over there time.lots of overtime being booked.management refuse to listen.
most town duties in the office are well over 4.15 minutes. moral in office at all time low among staff.
unacheiveable workloads and managers who will not test duties.the computer doesnt lie.
who told you it was a sucess?it was not the man on the ground in lisburn. i will list the duties over there time and by how much over the next few days.
