I have had no holidays, sick days, unauthorised absences since starting. I quite often work my day off also.
I was just wondering when the RM holiday year runs, how many holidays I would be entitled to and I how do I go
about claiming them.
Also If I haven't taken them before the year runs out, will I lose them?
Thanks for the help/advice.

Re: Holidays year/entitlement?
Ask your fellow workers or union reps. I think you might have 3 weeks (roughly) left to use.
If the managers don't allow you ask for grievence form to file your complaint.

You can carry forward one week to the next year, but get the rest booked ASAP

Re: Holidays year/entitlement?
The holiday year run from April to March so you are due about 17 days and they need to be taken in this holiday year, ask your DOM when you can have the time off.
