pay structure?

Post by morleyposty »

its been 2 week since i started 20hrs p/w permanent.

before i joined rm in my previous jobs i/we were paid week-in-hand.

what if i call in sick and have already been paid for the day even though i was off?
will the money be deducted the following week?
is it the same if im late in for work. and any overtime i do it gets carried on to the following weeks wage.

sorry im just trying to get familiar with the pay structure

If you've only just started you won't be getting any sick pay for the first twelve months.
