We've been told the 30mins flexibility is scrapped at our office due to it being a complete disaster to implement. Staff are agreeing to work it but then asking for 30mins earlier finish on a day of their choice, usually on thursday or friday. The DOM was expecting people starting 30mins later so that it can be absorbed on IPS but this hasn't happened so its no longer viable :Very Happy

sounds to me as tho' you should all demand it be used, especially if its workin in your favour!
