Too honest sometimes...

So it's finally dawned upon me that you have to cover your back in this job. Bring just 1 missort back and you get bollocked... Everyone else brings plenty back but sneak them in. Also pouch off instead of returning recordeds/parcels etc to the depot, You'll only have the 'you're back early' from any management despite having a harder round than a majority who will already be home and changed by that time. Also annoying me today with the effort put in by fellow workers who seem to put more effort into looking busy opposed to actually being busy, Back and forth from sorting frames collecting mail, drinks machines, fag breaks etc etc. Rant over

Bring one item back off delivery, you are in trouble off management.

Management wilfully delay 20 cages of mailsort, unsorted and undelivered for reasons of expedience, for days, that is just ace, fantastic and brilliant customer service.

When I started this job, a persons honesty was their number one attribute.
Now it seems the more you lie, deceive and cheat, the better thought of you are.

:cfo & :lfo are surely leading by example.

I had no problem going back round with missorts when I used a bike on delivery, now the Pegasus rounds have started we all have HCT's - it's not so easy to go back with missorts when you're walking, plus we hardly ever finish early now.
