Re: Not been paid correct overtime
Yes, still waiting for 2 weeks worth of overtime. 'Teething problems' apparently with the new system. Quite a few people didn't get paid for working their day off.

Re: Not been paid correct overtime
New system is causing quite a lot of friction in ours. People clocking out 2 hours after their scheduled finish time but not getting the full 2 hours paid, whilst a blind eye being turned to other staff clocking out early. Was always bound to happen when they brought in SISO, with some staff always looking for a way to gain something.

Re: Not been paid correct overtime
Regarding the people working overtime, was this pre authorised by the manager?
You can't currently be docked pay for clocking out early by SISO so that's down to RM

Re: Not been paid correct overtime
We are so short on staff that those who want overtime are told to work on as long as they want on OT. Only to find that they aren't paid the full clocked out hours.

Re: Not been paid correct overtime
I think that's were the problem is, the system wants it authorised or it's going to question why it should be paid. Yes the manager can authorise it the following day but I guess it's not a system they know well and will go to the back of their to do list

In our DO for example those not working overtime leave at 3pm.Perseus wrote: ↑09 Dec 2025, 17:42New system is causing quite a lot of friction in ours. If you leave at 5pm you would think that is 2 hours overtime but the actual finish time is 3.20 (those not working overtime are allowed to leave 20 minutes early due to a split break) so if you swipe out at 5pm you will only actually be paid 1h 40 overtime.
If you want the full 2 hours you have to stay for the second 20 minute break and swipe out at 5.20.

Why don't you just all refuse to work OT unless you get paid the full 2 hours you are all working?clashcityrocker wrote: ↑09 Dec 2025, 18:23In our DO for example those not working overtime leave at 3pm.Perseus wrote: ↑09 Dec 2025, 17:42New system is causing quite a lot of friction in ours. Re: Not been paid correct overtime
All overtime was pre-authorised and tallies up with SISO. It shows in the people app tab as authorised. It's just not finding it's way to peoples pay slips.
All of my back dated overtime has now been paid in this week's payslip.
