We found out people’s on doorsteps this week that customers can now live track their parcel - meaning us - as they were asking why we drove past their road etc !
One customer even turned up at someone’s van when they were parked up having a break!!
Have asked our managers but have been met with silence!
Is this now live ?

It's just about standard in the industry only RM and maybe PF don't do it

EVRI and Yodel certainly don't do it, probably only Amazon and DPD do it who compete with RM.

Been live for awhile now but unless people follow the route it's useless to the customer. We get loads of complaints that they didn't arrive in the allocated timeslot when the customer made sure they were in.
