With the vacancies the company is carrying I don't see where any pay offs can come from (but yes, I'd go in a heartbeat too).

We have a revolving door if a person on a new contract makes it to 18 months they would be classed as a senior man in our office.

Same, though a lot of them quit about 5 weeks in after they realise the advertised money is what they COULD earn if they do 40 hours, but the company offers them no opportunity to do overtime

Had 3 new starters working with me, gone inside 6 months. Couldnt be doing with the job and managers
