Anyone else come across this website. Apparently if you report a problem they will contact the relevant bodies for you. Also you can get alerts for areas that are of interest to you. Perhaps it could be a good informal tool for posties. They could report cracked and broken pavements, loose or dangerous dogs in fact the list is probably as good as your imagination.
